the Elite/Spacy tail light like it probably was designed by Honda

I guess the design department of Honda intended to make the tail light in between the indicators, but ended up with it being somewhere dangling at the bottom.
My plan is to fix it and put it back where it looks best.
I could easily remove the decal and the metallic paint at the back with thinner. I will make a new housing for the light and place the glass back with a red semi transparent foil.

  1. Now that would look different!

Have you had any drama's with the mods you have done when riding on the roads like with the exhaust and rear wheel?

  2. hey Travis,

No worries about the hijacking haha.
The white walls rings are bought in Malaysia, they can be put on any tire size.
For the rear I bought 290mm YSS Pro shocks. They are plug and play. Originally they are for 50cc scooters but mono shock. So two will do weight wise for the Elite. I used 270mm YSS Pro's for the Helix. The left side I had to adjust to an eye-to-eye instead of eye-to-fork.
The front shock are modified rear shocks that are originally for Vespa Citta mopeds. I bought two 245mm and lengthened the forks 2cms. For the Helix I took 225mm and lengthened them by 2cms with an angle.
the handling of the Elite and Helix is far better then stock. You can brake hard and not 'sink'. Not feeling you are on a boat if you know what I mean.
The exhaust works really well, it came from a Dragster 650. I chose it for its 28mm tube diameter. Did not have to rejet the whole carb, so I was lucky I guess…

    regards Harry
