new front fork setup for the CH250 Spacy/Elite

I found the perfect front fork for the CH250 Spacy/Elite; a 2001 Aprilia RS125 upside down. It has the proper length and make the whole scoot a lot more beefier.
I will probably will need to lengthen the stem with the original stem and make a bushing for the bottom plate to fit the fork.
I have to replace the brake caliper to the right side of the fork. Luckily you can flip the original front wheel axle..

  1. Do the front plastics still fit? Whats your idea for handlebar/dash? Eagerly following this project!

    1. Hi Richard,
Thjanx for your comment. Plastics don't fit and won't be back. My plan is to make new white leg skirts based on the Honda C50/70/90 models and to integrate the radiators, probably two small KTM/Husky one on both sides of the frame tube. Dash and handlebar is still a question. Have to raise the height otherwise it 'll be too tight to sit and steer
It is a slow build, changing workshop space and woodwork slowin' the progress…

      Regards Harry
