drawings for the subframe and swing arm CH250 Spacy/Elite
I'm making drawings for the subframe and swing arm by making templates on paper from gaskets and pin gauges. After scanning them into the computer I use Adobe Illustrator to make dxf files.

getting somewhere with the CH250 Spacy Elite hub
Today, I did some work on the hub. I made a removable center piece, so you can fit different rims. This one's inside diameter is 62mm.If I want to change it I can change the center ring.I have to find M10 lug bolts, not very common apparently. The second option is to use long M10 press bolts.Or make the holes larger to fit M12 bolts.
The next thing is to fit it on the frame and see what the offset will be.

Progress on the Drum Hub Honda CH250 Spacy Elite
Today I made some nice progress on the drum hub. It took me a while to find the solution.Make a whole new aluminium hub and have a spline bushing and brake line made to fit, or use the old drum hub and extend it.
I opted for the second because making a new from scratch will take up too much time and for me it's about building it to drive it.
Left the shaved drum hub, right the aluminum part with a 20 degree angle for centre fitting.
I bolted both parts together and permanently Loctited 638 them together four countersunk bolts
on the axle I turned it with the right dimensions. The total drum hub needs a 76mm width to take the 225-10 rim
Still have to drill the bolt holes and make an insert in the centre to fit the right swing arm.
